LOOKING AHEAD: Concord Rangers aim to continue their impressive start to the season against Dulwich Hamlet tomorrow.
The Beach Boys would have secured maximum points from their opening two games but for a last minute equaliser for Billericay Town on Tuesday night.
A revamped squad and renewed vigour around the club has many thinking a top seven finish is a realistic target come the end of the season.
They face newly-promoted Dulwich, who won their first ever match at this level on Wednesday evening, netting an injury-time winner to defeat East Thurrock.
Dulwich are playing their home matches at Tooting & Mitcham’s Imperial Fields this season, but they still garner a strong following in what should be an intriguing contest.
Alex Wall has scored all three of Concord’s goals this season. What will happen tomorrow?
COACH’S VIEW: “We go into this match in confident mood after an excellent result at Billericay,” said first team coach Darren Beale. “We grew into the game and although we conceded, a performance like that was very pleasing, especially after playing for so long with 10 men the previous Saturday.
“We played Dulwich a few times last season when we were at Leatherhead and they have made a few changes since then. They play at a neutral ground but they still have a good fanbase, like Billericay did. We have done our homework and we will be ready for them.
“But we want to keep this unbeaten run going.”
TEAM NEWS: Concord have a fully fit squad.
