A TEENAGER has been referred to a youth offender panel and ordered to pay £1,140 after admitting assaulting three people and damaging a car.
The 17-year-old from Witham admitted assaulting a man at McDonalds in Fullbridge, Maldon on April 17 and also damaging a car on the same day, when he appeared at Chelmsford Youth Court on January 5.
The teen also admitted assaulting a man in Princes Road, Maldon, on March 12, and a woman in Princes Road on March 13.
He was referred to a youth offender panel for ten months and ordered to pay £500 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.
