A HOUSEBUILDER has celebrated the launch of its new Limebrook development in Maldon.

Linden Homes held their grand opening of the southern Maldon development last week, with Deputy Lieutenant of Essex Maureen Anne Larkin cutting the ribbon to mark the official opening to the public.

Around a mile from the town centre on Spital Road, Limebrook is Linden Homes Eastern’s only new development in Maldon. The development consists of 75 one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, meaning there is something for everyone.

At the opening, house hunters had the opportunity to explore the sales and marketing suite at the launch on Saturday, which contained models of the interiors to represent a typical family home at the development, and gave them a taste of the homes available to suit a variety of family requirements.

Pravin Amarasinghe, Sales and Marketing Director at Linden Homes Eastern, said: “We are delighted to launch our exclusive development in Maldon and honoured to have Maureen Anne Larkin as Deputy Lieutenant of Essex officially open its doors.

“It’s an exciting time for Linden Homes Eastern and this development illustrates our expansion in Essex, providing an increasing amount of homes for people in the area.

“The launch was a success with 24 appointments and house hunters looking to explore and learn about what Linden Homes has to offer at Limebrook, and we’re looking forward to meeting more potential residents over the coming months.”
