A MAN exposed himself in front of children as he walked around residential roads urinating in Basildon.

Essex Police are investigating the matter which happened in The Gore, Basildon, close to Basildon Crown Court and Basildon Police Station during the afternoon.

Those who saw the incident were shocked by the man’s lack of decency and called for people to be wary.

One witness said: “If anyone knows this disgusting cretin, he just walked along The Gore weeing all along the pavement and continued walking past a woman and her baby.

“I shouted to him but he didn’t even turn around.

“My five-year-old was just exposed to your privates you disgusting sicko.”

Other parents also expressed their shock and outrage at the incident

Sadly, this is not the first incident of indecent exposure in the Basildon area.

A woman walking in Shotgate Park, off Southend Road, Shotgate, last week came across a man committing an indecent act.

He asked her to help, before chasing her through the park on his bike.

Luckily she was able to get away.

Schools have also recently warned parents about indecent incidents.

Northlands Primary School, in Winifred Road, Pitsea, send out text message to parents after a man allegedly exposed himself near the school in March.

The school got in touch with nearby Briscoe Primary School, in Felmores End, which also issued a similar warning.

Parents said it was not the first warning they had received from either school.

A spokesman from Essex Police said: “Police received reports of that a man had exposed himself and urinated in The Gore, Basildon, at around 2pm on Sunday.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”

So far, no arrests have been made in connection with the latest incident.
