A MAN has been banned from driving for 26 months after admitting drink- driving.
Lee Cowlin, 49, of Main Road, Bicknacre, was found to have 114 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when he was stopped on the Causeway in Maldon on November 30.
The legal limit is 35.
At Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on January 5, Cowlin was disqualified from driving for 26 months, ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid works and ordered to pay £170.
