MALDON Town Hall was transformed into a swish and glamourous casino to hold the Maldon mayor’s James Bond themed charity night.
More than 70 people turned out dressed in their finest cocktail dresses and suits as well as classic 007 characters.
Organised by Chris Cingilio, the guests enjoyed lots of casino tables and cocktails, with magic from Jack Blackburn and music from local band Redonizm, with Shona’s bar team donating their catering services.
In total, the evening raised nearly £2,000 for local charities.
Mayor of Maldon Richard Miller said: “It was a fantastic evening, wonderful atmosphere and something quite different.
“Huge thanks to all the local businesses and individuals who donated prizes and to friends who came along and supported, it was quite a night.”
The mayor’s next charity event will be at Maldon Tandoori on January 31, with tickets being available from the town hall in the near future.
