AN ANTIQUES fair will be returning to a museum in Maldon this weekend.

A Vintage, Antique and Retro Fair will be held at the Museum of Power in Langford on Sunday October 23.

The museum has hosted many different fairs and shows over the years, with the antiques fair being a popular addition that comes around every few months.

The stalls that feature include a wide range of antiques, collectables and gifts for all ages, as well as many hardstanding outdoor stalls that range from tools to historical objects from the past several decades.

There will also be delicious breakfasts, mid-morning snacks, lunches and some of the best cakes in Maldon. All will be available in the renowned Steam Pump Tearoom.

The atmosphere of the museum is very unique and will offer something to please many customers of all ages.

Despite the miniature steam train and other oil and diesel engines not running for this event, the model village “Astaria” will be open throughout the day along with the stalls.

The fair begins at 9am for early trade, with it being fully open to the public from 10.30am to 4pm.

Admission for early trade is £4, with admission from 10.30 £3 for adults and free for all children under 15.
