POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a crash involving a biker from Maldon.
The incident happened on the sliproad from the M11 to the M25 at junction 27 at around 5.45pm yesterday.
The single vehicle accident involved a blue Kawasaki ZZR 600 which appears to have lost control The rider of the motorbike, a 49-year-old man from Maldon, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Royal London Hospital by ambulance.
Officers are investigating the circumstances of the accident and would like to speak to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash or have seen the motorbike prior to it.
