New holiday club set up for disabled children
A HOLIDAY club for young disabled people has been set up in Maldon.
The Fun United Holiday Club is being organised by the Papworth Trust, a charity which offers support and care to disabled and older people, as well as their families and carers.
The activities available will include urban art, dancing, cinema and bowling.
Sessions will be run from Maldon Activity Centre, on Carmelite Way, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting this week.
They will cost £5 per day and will begin at 10am, running until 3pm.
