AN INDEPENDENT book seller and café in Burnham are teaming up to bring an array of children’s books to the wider community.
Louise Smith, of Mayland, works as an Usborne Independent Book Organiser, and is working with Claire Payne, manager of The Tall Green House, Burnham, to showcase children’s books on Burnham High Street.
Usborne Independent Book Organisers sell award-winning children’s books up pop up stores across the country to schools, nurseries, libraries and fairs.
Louise said: “It is a great opportunity at the Cafe to share these beautiful books with parents from Burnham.
“I am quite passionate about encouraging any child to read or parent to read to their babies and little ones.
“It’s never too early to start enjoying books and with Usborne’s range of over 2,000 you have plenty to choose from, whether you’re looking for interactive books or sticker activity books.”
