Appeal date is set over 45 homes
AN appeal into a refused application for 45 homes in Langford will be heard next month.
Maldon District Council turned down the proposals for Hatfield Road in March.
Developers CML Microsystems Plc and Countryside Properties launched an appeal against the decision.
A planning inspector will now hear the appeal on December 1 at the council offices in Princes Road, Maldon, from 10am.
