A former Maldon school building could be turned into eight homes.
Strutt and Parker has applied to Maldon District Council to turn the grade ll former All Saints Primary School building in London Road into housing.
According to the developer, the proposals are as a result of “extensive pre-application discussions” with the council over the last two years.
It was also noted: “The site has been redundant for a number of years and requires a viable reuse to secure its future.”
There would be seven two-bedroom flats and one one-bedroom flat, plus car parking and amenity space.
The council is set to deal with the application by September 21.
