Organisers of one of the biggest fundraising events in the Maldon district hope to attract record crowds this summer.
‘It’s Showtime! Country Show’, which has raised £18,000 for Little Haven’s Children Hospice, will celebrate its 12th anniversary on Sunday 9.
Held at Purleigh Halt on Barons Lane, Purleigh, over 600 exhibitors spread across 26 acres will provide entertainment for all of the family.
Look out for Burnham’s Rock and Roll and Country and Western musician Cash Country, Julian May performing rock hits from the 50s-80s, and Little and Large, a live comedy act with horses and more.
