Appeal lodged over bungalow plans
An appeal has been lodged over plans for 22 homes.
Applicant J&M Seabrook wants to build 22 homes, including seven bungalows for older people, on land south of Chapel Road, Tolleshunt D’Arcy.
The firm had unsuccessfully applied to Maldon District Council for outline planning permission.
