Application for a Premises Licence (Sections 17 or 71 of the Act)
Name of Applicant: The Maldon Brewing Company Ltd, 140 High Street, Maldon CM9 5BX.
Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: Sale and supply of alcohol both on and off sales.
Licensed hours applied for as follows: Monday - Saturday 11.00 - 23.00, Sunday 12.00 - 22.30.
Premises to be open to the public: Monday to Saturday 11.00 - 22.00, Sunday 12.00 - 21.30.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex. CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 21 July 2015.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5000.
