A prolific developer has lodged yet another appeal as it battles to build nearly 700 homes across the Maldon district.
No win, no fee firm, Gladman Developments, has lodged its latest appeal after controversial plans for 115 homes were refused in Great Totham.
Maldon District Council rejected the plans after receiving 190 letters of objection and a 119-signature petition against proposals for the fields to the north east of The Bull pub in Maldon Road.
The decision to block the development was made on March 13.
See the MBS for a full list of Gladman sites across the district and what stage planning is at.
