Businesses have welcomed ambitious plans to breathe new life into an old, rundown industrial estate.
Proposals to smarten up the Leigh Industrial Estate at The Causeway would result in modernised business units and at least 150 new homes, bringing more jobs and housing to the district.
Developers have asked residents to share their views on the plans by Monday.
The consultation closes on Monday, February 23, and residents and businesses are invited to submit answers to an online questionnaire.
