Volunteers are urgently needed to help get a new community DIY project off the ground before it faces the threat of cancelled sessions.
With the opening of the Maldon Shed this week, organisers are frantically looking to recruit more volunteers with basic DIY knowledge to act as session supervisors.
The Maldon Shed project will be a space for men to take part in practical activities such as woodwork, handicrafts and gardening in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Session supervisors will manage the session and help participants, but if not enough come forward, the project is in danger of having sessions cancelled.
