Appeal lodged after plans for nine homes refused
An appeal has been lodged after outline planning permission for nine homes was refused by Maldon District Council.
Applicants, a Mr and Mrs B Frost, want to build nine homes with associated off-street parking on land north west of 34 to 46 Maldon Road, Goldhanger.
Their appeal will be decided by an inspector appointed by the Department of Communities and Local Government.
