A three-legged rescue dog could become a television star after Channel 4’s Supervet came to his aid.
Kathy Payne, of Maldon, turned to Fitzpatricks Veterinary Practice in Surrey after struggling to find a harness to fit four-year-old Milo.
Mrs Payne took in the Jack Russell Yorkshire Terrier cross after he was found in Norfolk with one of his front legs hanging off, but she has found he trips over when wearing a traditional harness.
She said: “I have looked everywhere for a harness for a three-legged dog, but there is no such thing.
“I’m thrilled they’re helping Milo.”
Noel Fitzpatrick runs one of the most advanced veterinary practices in Britain and is known as the Bionic Vet.
