A pre-school is celebrating after being told it is “outstanding” by Ofsted.

The school inspection body was so impressed by the Woodham Mortimer Pre-School that it awarded the top rating following its latest inspection.

According to Ofsted, all children at the pre-school in Maldon Road, Maldon, “make outstanding progress” due to the “highly committed and motivated staff team who are passionate about children’s learning.”

Julie Bennett, the chairman of the Woodham Mortimer Pre-School committee, said she was "delighted" by the result.

OFSTED means nothing - ok it means the school filled in its OFSTED paperwork correctly saying it filled in such paperwork correctly

What a waste of taxpayer money...
