Health-related projects run by voluntary and community groups in Maldon could apply for grants

First published in News

Health-related projects run by voluntary and community groups in Maldon could apply for grants from the Provide Foundation.

Applications for grants of about £5,000, or £20,000 for a special project, can be made.

The Provide Foundation was set up by community interest company Provide, which was based in Maldon.

It has recently given grants to St John Ambulance to train parents and carers in Maldon in first aid for children and to the Maldon Pioneers Association, which supports adults with learning disabilities to be independent.

Visit essexcommunityfoundation.org.uk. Decisions on applications will be made in October.
