The Burnham Art Trail is marking its tenth anniversary with 47 artists displaying their work across the town.

Visitors to the trail took part by taking photos in any of the five portrait booths where they could become part of a famous painting.

The free nine-day festival runs until Sunday.

Local children also created designs to brighten the boarded up windows of Burnham Train Station to commemorate 125 years of the Crouch Valley Railway.

MP John Whittingdale attended to unveil the windows and a fun day was organised by The Community Rail Partnership, station adopter Una Norman and the art trail community, including music, stalls, workshops, artwork and exhibits.
