A Maldon author is looking to help budding writers publish their books.
Poppy Ann Miller, 69, recently set up her own publishing company, Pam Publishing to self publish her book, Bed of Black Flowers: Diary of an Unwelcomed Child.
Poppy, of Butt Lane, said: βIt is so difficult to get a literary agent to be interested in your work, I have had lots of good feedback from publishers but I decided to do it myself because it can take anything up to two years for a publisher to deal with your work.β
Poppy is doing a book signing at The Emporium in Maldon High Street tomorrow from 10am.
She can be contacted at pampublishing@outlook.com.
Bed of Black Flowers is available from All Books in Maldon High Street.
