A dog groomer’s romantic Italian wedding was the inspiration for an unusual piece of canine body art.
Daniela Forshaw’s miniature poodle, Venice, sported a gondola, ice cream and rainbow coloured fur for the recent English Groomers Challenge 2014.
Mrs Forshaw, of Beauchamps, Burnham, was inspired by her own wedding, held in Venice.
She said: “Shapes coloured and cut into the design include a Venetian mask and gown, the Rialto Bridge, a gondola, ice cream and Italian flag, with a firework display tail which had party poppers included in the tail, which I let off over the judge.”
Her eye-popping design secured her second place in the Novice Creative Stylist of the Year category.
