More than 100 railway lovers flocked to Burnham at the weekend to ride on steam trains in the sunshine.
Visitors of all ages visited Mangapps Railway Museum, in Southminster Road, to mark the 25th anniversary of the museum, which started without a passenger railway line.
The special attraction was the 60-year-old steam engine Empress, which was the original steam engine on view when the museum first opened.
Many steam train rides were on offer and people were given the opportunity to explore collections in the museum and enjoy the new vintage model railway.
