Fire crews tackle kitchen blaze
Firefighters tackled a kitchen fire in Southminster.
Crews from Tillingham and South Woodham Ferrers were called to a home in Coombe Road at about 8.15pm yesterday.
They used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and a high pressure fan to clear the home of smoke by 8.43pm.
