First published in News

Officers investigating a collision between a cyclist and a car on Wednesday are appealing for the injured cyclist to come forward.

The accident happened at the junction of Goldhanger Road and Basin Road at 8.50am on Wednesday morning.

The cyclist was taken to Broomfield hospital for treatment to non life-threatening injuries and left hospital before police officers managed to speak to him.

Essex Police said: "Investigation officers would like to speak to the victim who left hospital.

"If they could come forward that would be very helpful.

Just a thought, maybe the Ambulance service that treated and transported him to hospital, or even the hospital itself *might* know how to contact this person....?

Essex Police....I DESPAIR at your continued incompetence and uselessness.
