A childcare centre is developing a sensory room to help local children with special needs.
Close to Home in Station Road, Burnham, has expanded to cover two floors and held a launch party on Saturday, March 15.
The new top floor, for three-year-olds and older, will also house a sensory room from April.
Amy Hutchinson, co-owner of Close to Home, said: “We want to offer it to the Dengie children’s centre and to anyone who feels that it would benefit their child or group to use it.
“We want to open it to everyone who needs it.”
