The 2012 London Olympics are being used to inspire teenagers to fulfil their dreams.

Plume School in Maldon is taking part in The Be the Best You Can Be programme, which shows them how to gain the skills they need to achieve their goals.

Paralympian Wendy Smith, who specialises in wheelchair basketball and sprint kayaking, spoke to pupils about her success and approach.
