A new school head is hoping to continue improvements recommended by Ofsted.
Robert Pike took over the helm at St Nicholas Primary School, Tillingham.
He said: “It’s been a bit of a whirlwind for the past six weeks but everyone has been very friendly, the staff work very hard and they have been incredibly welcoming.”
Mr Pike is aiming to get to know all his 120 pupils and is teaching classes, eating with students and taking part in their break and lunch time activities.
