Trials for students who want to take an A-Level in cheerleading are being held on Friday.
Tiptree’s Thurstable School is the first sixth form in the UK to offer students qualifications in the sport, from September.
The trials take place at the school at 4pm.
Ten places have already been earmarked for Year 11 pupils currently attending the school.
But another ten are available for students from across the region.
