Coach Alan Mansell, a former Great Britain wheelchair basketball player, said: "I love wheelchair basketball - it’s a great and exciting feeling playing the game and it allows able-bodied and disabled bodied people to play together because everyone is in a wheelchair."

Have a go sessions will be run at The Plume School, Fambridge Road, until the end of March between 7pm and 9pm. The cost is £3.

Wheelchairs will be provided but there are a limited amount.

Call Alan on 07776 212628 or email ajmans@hotmail.co.uk to pre-book.
