A man and woman have been taken to hospital after they were involved in a head-on crash in Latchingdon.

A red Citroen Xantia and a black Saab 93 struck each other in Lower Burnham Road at midday on Sunday.

The drivers of both vehicles were injured in the crash and were taken to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford by ambulance.
