A school's boiler room was affected by flooding.
Firefighters pumped water from the basement at Woodham Walter Primary School in The Street, Woodham Walter, from 3.45pm to just before 6pm yesterday.
Colin Bennett, chairman of governors, said: “When we came back to school on Monday we found flooding the boiler room, which is currently being attended to by engineers.
“Fortunately only one classroom and the hall was affected.”
Temporary heaters were installed in those two areas.
