A man who owes his life to airborne paramedics is planning a charity skydive with his sister.
Groundworker Sion Evans, 41, was involved in a car accident in Lower Burnham Road, Althorne, about ten years ago, which left him with multiple injuries and in a coma for about a month.
Essex Air Ambulance managed to get him to hospital quickly and he is now fully recovered Sion, of Fambridge Road, Maldon, and sister Becca Tatlow, 18, are planning a skydive next May for the charity.
Their target is £1,000 and they will have collection buckets in King and Hines Ltd, Welcome Sailor pub and Co-Operative supermarket in Burnham.
