Little Braxted: Villagers battle solar farm plans
Campaigners are continuing to lobby against plans for a solar farm covering an area of 14 average sized football pitches.
Lightsource Renewable Energy is seeking planning permission to install 62,000 solar panels on 34.47 hectares of fields south of Little Braxted Hall, in Witham Road, Little Braxted.
The panels would cover 10.6 hectares and the gaps between rows of panels and fences would take up the rest of the area.
