Burnham residents have been left outraged by one phone operator.

Many people contacted us to say that their Vodafone devices hadn’t been working properly for around a week and they believe that the problem is just in their area.

They added that this was not the first time Burnham has had trouble with Vodafone.

I have had this problem. I had to reboot my phone and it solved the problem this time round. I've had intermittent signal before. the service is unreliable and poor value for money. Not happy at all!

Last time this happened someone had stolen the copper cable from the mast in Tillingham.
I got a vodafone sure signal box, and never have a problem now!

A sure signal box is a fine idea, but I pay for my mobile phone for it to be MOBILE. I know it is a crazy idea. And even crazier, my HOUSE PHONE is for using in the HOUSE.... sorry for the sarcasm, but its how I feel.

totally agree younglocal, but last time it happened we were without a mobile signal for nearly 6 weeks, at home so we invested in a sure signal box. Only seem to have a problem getting a signal at home!!
