Tiptree: Police hunt for man who took cash
Police have issued CCTV footage of a man they want to question in connection with a theft.
The man took cash left behind by a shopper at a store in Tiptree.
The customer had requested £50 cash back from a self service check out at Asdas in Church Road on February 2 when he forgot to take the money.
The cash was taken by the next customer who has now been located following a thorough review of the CCTV system.
This man is asked to contact police or anyone who knows who he is should contact Pc Karen Mortimer at Colchester on 101.
