ONE of 100 life-saving machines has been installed in Burnham.

The town was the first place in Essex to have one of the defibrillators on Wednesday, which will provide vital emergency equipment and health-heart education.

Some 100 defibrillators have been given to rural areas across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, as part of the East of England Co-operative Society’s Every Minute Counts campaign.
