Spring will be celebrated with a photography competition.


The Environment Agency is looking for a nature photograph to celebrate the Spring Equinox on March 20.
 

The winning entry will be used as the banner photograph on the agency’s regional

Twitter account @EnvAgencyAnglia throughout the season.
 

Images must be landscape and taken in the east of England, including Essex.
 

To enter send them on Twitter with the hashtag #springcountdown or email them to angliandigital@environment-agency.gov.uk.

Isn't it a bit optimistic to anticipate that there will be any spring like scenes to take pictures of by 20th March? Last Monday I had 6 inches of snow outside my front door.
