Burnham: Fisherman fined over licence

A Burnham man has been fined for fishing without a licence.
Matthew George, 24, of Ember Road, admitted fishing at Heybridge in July without a valid fishing licence.
Magistrates at Chelmsford Magistrates Court ordered him to pay a £70 fine and £15 victim surcharge.
