Villagers could be in line for compensation after being left without phonelines for three weeks.


Residents of Mundon were cut off from the rest of the world after a driver knocked down a telegraph pole a couple of days before New Year’s Eve.
 

Some households lost their internet and others were without a landline until Open Reach finally made repairs last  Thursday.
