Car parking is Maldon District Council’s biggest source of income, according to a report.
Parking brings in £295,000 a year.
While the splash park generates an income of £59,000.
Among the other income streams are markets which bring in £7,000, penalty charges which raise £18,700 and concerts, generating £10,000.
