A12: Collision caused minor delays
Motorists faced minor delays on the A12 yesterday following a one-car crash.
The accident on the northbound carriageway between junctions 23 and 24 at Kelvedon caused tailbacks to Witham and delays of 10 minutes.
The incident happened at 5.45pm and was cleared by 6.50pm.
