This man has a terrible driving record and has 9 points plus a string of other offences.
They should lock him up and throw away the key

The man has no points on his license whatsoever and can vouch for his professionalism whilst on the road and off it. This was a tragic accident on a very dangerous stretch of road and out of respect to the family of the lady involved this should not be treated as somewhere for someone with a personal vendetta against the individual concerned to vent lies regarding the driver's conduct.
