THE Chelmsford Weekly News Jobs and Training Exhibition is currently under way at the Shire Hall in Chelmsford.

This one-day exhibition features a whole variety of businesses offering a vast range of jobs as well as education and training advice.

Businesses looking to recruit in north Essex have the same opportunity to promote job or training opportunities to the public by exhibiting at the Jobs and Training Fair being organised by the Chelmsford Weekly News sister paper the Clacton Gazette.

The Clacton Gazette Jobs and Training Fair will take place between 11am and 4pm at the Princes Theatre in Station Road, Clacton, on Thursday, February 5.

This is the first jobs fair the newspaper’s recruitment team has held in Clacton and will be full of businesses giving helpful advice with the aim of getting perspective job hunters the career they desire.

Some of the companies attending include the RAF, which will have a whole host of job opportunities, as will the Jobcentre Plus, Tendring District Council and Weeley Bridge Caravan Park to name but a few.

Also on the day, visitors attending will be able to seek advice on full, part-time and further education courses, which will help them achieve their dream job.

The CV database team will also be giving job seekers the chance to be headhunted by local and national employers by uploading CVs to the database for anyone who brings their CV along saved to a disc.
