Doreen COLLINS Dr John Collins, Dr Christine Collins and Lorraine and Paul Collins wish to thank everyone who attended Doreen’s funeral service at St Andrew’s Church, Althorne on the 10th May 2012. Grateful appreciation is extended for all the cards, flowers and sympathy messages sent to us. Special thanks to the Doctor’s, Nurses, Staff and Patients from The Burnham Surgery who have been so supportive to Christine during this sad and difficult time. Finally, thank you for the donations in Doreen’s memory totaling £1,014 for the charity "Sense" helping deaf and blind children and adults.
