McGILLICUDDY Carole Ann 5/2/1941 - 28/9/2015 Carole's family would like to thank everyone who sent cards and letters of condolence and all who attended her funeral. Special thanks to celebrant Glen Mayes, Liz Gardiner, and all the staff of Farleigh Hospice. Also for the kind donations to Farleigh Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support, and the professional attention of the East of England Co-operative Funeral Services.
