PITT Douglas Gordon Died peacefully in hospital on 15th March 2017 after a short illness, aged 96 years. Loving Husband of the late Edna, caring Father, Grandfather and devoted Great Grandfather. Funeral Service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Monday, 24th April, 2017 at 11.00am. Followed by Service of Thanksgiving at Maldon Methodist Church at 12.30pm with refreshments afterwards. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to 'Action for Family Carers' (Brickhouse Farm) c/o East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 13/15 Market Hill, Maldon, CM9 4PZ. Tel: 01621 858578.
